The house's layout
As soon as you have picked up the key to the house, the holiday can begin. You are met with a cosily furnished house of 70 m2 which was built in 2005. A small entrance welcomes you to a bright and inviting living room. The living room consists of a large and well-utilised lounge with cathedral ceiling and a kitchenette. In the lounge there is a large window section that provides good light and a view of the new terrace. There are also cosy upholstered furniture and television with Danish and German channels. The wood-burning stove contributes to good heating and extra cosiness on cooler days, and the armchair right next to it invites relaxation by, for example, reading a book. The kitchenette is well-equipped with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the house there is a nice bright bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and there is also a washing machine. The bathroom is heated with underfloor heating. Finally, there are three cosy bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the second room has two single beds and the last room has a bunk bed.

The house's surroundings
The house is situated on a natural plot of approximately 1,009 m2 in quiet surroundings and facing a large open area. In Ferring there are plenty of opportunities for walks and cycling trips. It is only about 150m to Ferring Lake and about 400m to the North Sea. From the lounge there is direct access to a lovely new terrace with garden furniture, a sun lounger and a gas grill which can be moved around as needed. As a little extra, a small washing area has been made for the dog, if you have, for example, been out for a walk along the beach with your four-legged friend. There is also a loose fence etc., which you can set up yourself if desired. All in all, this is a particularly attractive holiday home, with beautiful views, which will form the setting for a truly unique holiday close to the North Sea. Visit the many attractions and experiences in Bovbjerg or visit the fishing village Thyborøn or the lovely market town Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops.
