From the entrance you come to the house's bright and inviting heart room which consists of a combined living room and kitchen with wooden floors. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic cooker, extractor hood, fridge with 10 l freezer. The living room has F-TV with fibre-TV with Danish and German programmes, DVD and a lovely wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant warmth even on cold days. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower as well as washing machine and tiled floor. 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 single bed. From the living room there is a steep staircase up to the loft, where there are 2 sleeping places. 1 pet is allowed. Non-smoking house. **House surroundings** The house is located on a 1100 m2 natural plot just 200 m from Ferring Lake and 500 m from the roaring North Sea. Lovely terrace which is partially covered and with a table and bench set. From the house and terrace there is a fine view over the area and to Ferring Lake. The house is within walking distance to the beach at the North Sea, where you can experience something new every day while getting plenty of lovely air. One of the favourite holiday attractions in the area, Bovbjerg Lighthouse, is also only a few minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a piece of cake in the café and be blown away by the lovely view from the top of the lighthouse. Approximately 20 minutes' drive from the house lies the market town Lemvig, where there are several good specialist shops as well as restaurants. Furthermore, there is a lovely harbour promenade where there is also a playground for children. Driving approximately 30 minutes from the house lies the harbour town Thyborøn, where there are several activities and attractions, and there is also a lovely bathing beach.
