From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and from the kitchen there is also a door to the fantastic grounds. On the grounds there are several unique seating and sensory options where peace and the fantastic location can be enjoyed. Fantastically located just behind the high dunes only 150m from the North Sea and only 50 m from Ferring Lake. The house is situated on a 4000 m2 large, private, protected natural grounds that goes all the way down to Ferring Lake. The holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end road. There are plenty of opportunities for fantastic walks or trips to the North Sea which each offer new and picturesque experiences.
