The interior is bright and inviting with a cosy combined living room and kitchen. The nice and modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, so you can easily prepare meals. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen and provides the setting for cosy meals with the family. In the cosy living room you can relax with TV, which offers both Danish and German programmes, as well as the option to stream your own. The house has fibre connection which provides fast internet connection, just as the TV programmes are also via fibre connection. The wood-burning stove creates a lovely warmth and a cosy atmosphere on cool days, regardless of season. The house has three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – all with carpets. The bathroom is bright and functional with shower, toilet, washing machine and tiled floor. For guests with an electric car or plug-in hybrid, a charging box has been installed at the house. It is a non-smoking house, and pets are not allowed. **The house surroundings** The house is situated on a lovely natural plot of 820 m² with plenty of space and privacy.
