Smoking is not permitted. **House layout** The house has a total of 11 sleeping places. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed and a room with 4 bunk beds. A total of 6 sleeping places downstairs. Upstairs there is a room with a double bed and on the loft, which connects to the living room, there are 2 sleeping places. The living room is combined with the kitchen and is stylishly furnished with an epoxy stone floor, flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels, Chromecast and a wood-burning stove. There is also a dining table and sofa group. The lovely kitchen has 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, a 40-litre freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms located next to each other on the ground floor. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, steam cabin with shower, toilet, hot tub and sink. The smaller bathroom has only toilet and sink. The large activity room is at the opposite end of the living room and offers table tennis, table football, pool table and Playstation2 as well as extra dining tables if you need to eat or otherwise stay here for practical reasons, there is also 1 sofa bed and a single bed. Furthermore, the house has a high chair, a cot, a tumble dryer and a washing machine. The house is built as an energy-efficient house heated with ground source heat. Cleaning is mandatory for this house. **Surroundings** From the house there is a fantastic beautiful view over the open fields. Here you can enjoy the lovely garden with a landscaped terrace and swings. There are 2 sun loungers for the house as well as a grill, so there is something for day and evening. In the garden there is also a football pitch with goals. It is only six km to the beautiful beach at the North Sea, where you can have a great nature experience, whether it is summer or winter.
