Welcome to a real holiday home. Renovated wooden house with space for 4 people. The house is on multiple levels, incredibly cosy and modernised in 2024. Conveniently located on a side road in child-friendly surroundings. The house is very close to nature by Gjeller Lake and the Limfjord and is a manageable holiday home in all seasons. Smoking is not permitted. Although the house is larger, only 4 people may stay overnight in the house. There is wireless internet access throughout the house.

House layout
The 63 m2 are really well utilised. Kitchen corner and living room are in the same room. Upholstered furniture, smart TV with Danish and German channels as well as the option to stream via Apple TV. From the living room there is access to a bright and friendly dining room with dining table and seating. In addition there is also a fantastic garden room with plenty of space and access to the terrace. The beautiful new kitchen corner offers everything you need. Glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS). There is a level difference at the entrance to both bedrooms and from the largest bedroom there is direct access to the terrace. Small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Non-smoking house. Max 2 pets allowed.

House surroundings
The house is located on approximately 1,200 m2 of well-maintained grounds. On the terrace in front of the house you can enjoy your morning coffee. Towards the garden there is also a large open terrace with garden furniture and grill. Perfect for enjoying the afternoon or evening sun. Despite the relatively remote and quiet location, in summer there is only about 300 metres to Gjeller Odde cafeteria and kiosk which is a popular destination for locals. Here is also the most child-friendly beach in the entire Lemvig Municipality and it is always a hit to take the children there along with the obligatory ice cream purchases at the kiosk. The house is a short distance from the Limfjord where you can get close to nature. Thus there are several oyster and mussel banks very close to land around Gjeller Odde, which indicates that here you have the Limfjord's cleanest water. From the house there is a nice trail system which leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. Incidentally it is only about 6 km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum etc.
