The apartment offers a bright and cosy living room, where kitchen and lounge are combined in an open and inviting environment. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and a fantastic view, while the heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature and lower utility bills.

The kitchen is neatly decorated and fully equipped with an electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and extractor hood – perfect for both quick meals and cosy cooking together. In the lounge area you can relax in comfortable leather and upholstered furniture while enjoying Danish and German TV channels.

The apartment has two bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. There is also a non-smoking policy, and one pet is welcome.
