From the outdoor room there is a view of the North Sea, a table with 4 high chairs and an extra toilet with sink. From the outdoor room you enter a lovely living room on 2 levels. The living room is combined with an open kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and everything in service and kitchenware. Right by the kitchen there is a large window section with a view of the North Sea and 2 chairs for relaxation. Via 3 steps you go down into the lovely living area. The room is furnished with leather furniture, colour TV with Danish and German programmes (Viasat gold package), dining table and a lovely wood-burning stove. The house is bright and modern and has tiled floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. Lovely bathroom with toilet, built-in shower niche, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and hot tub. Non-smoking house. 1 pet is allowed. A new air-to-water heat pump has been installed to help make the house cheaper to heat. This house simply must be experienced if you want to live close to the North Sea and enjoy the view over the North Sea.
