The entrance also serves as a distribution hallway to the house's many sections. Lovely, modern country kitchen that is well-equipped and has all white goods. Cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher plus access to a lovely outdoor room with large beam table and seating. Exceptionally well-placed when food is served. Living room with smart TV with German and Danish programmes, streaming options, beautiful leather furniture. Wood-burning stove and heat pumps help with cosiness and heating. From the living room there is access to the house's master bedroom (1DS) with a large and high double bed. From the entrance there is access to 2 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS). Access to a large and spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and tiled floor. There is plenty of space on the approximately 2.500 m² grounds and in the garden there is plenty of shelter due to the lush planting which has reached just the right, unobstructed height. Lovely terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill which can be moved as needed plus bonfire area. The house is unobstructed and it is not far to the North Sea at Bovbjerg Lighthouse, where you will also find Jens Søndergård Museum. Visit Høfte Q - where there is also a good beach and opportunity to swim. Enjoy a fantastic walk or run on the path laid right out on the edge of Bovbjerg Klint with unique views over the North Sea. Experience how the North Sea tells a new story every day. Visit the many attractions and experiences which can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops.
