Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which, together with the heat pump (A++), helps reduce heating costs. House Surroundings
Located on a plot of approximately 1,100 m2, well-maintained, partially fenced, from which there is a beautiful view over the Limfjord. Large, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and grill, which can be moved around on the terrace depending on weather and wind and where there is a spot in the sun. The terrace runs all the way around the house.
From the house there is a lovely trail system that leads directly down to the water in a few minutes. Approximately 400 m from the house is the beautiful nature playground with, among other things, a football pitch and slide.

The Area
The summer house area Gjellerodde is located right on the Limfjord. Lemvig town is only 5 minutes away by car and has a nice shopping area and cosy harbour environment. Gjellerodde and Lemvig are known for their rolling and beautiful nature that surrounds the entire area and here you will find, among other things, one of the country's most beautiful golf courses, the roaring North Sea only 14 km to the west and Klosterheden 12 km from here. From Lemvig to the tip of Gjellerodde, a planet trail has been created where you meet sculptures of all the planets on your way, and on your route you can make a nice stop at the Museum of Religious Art. There is the opportunity to have an active holiday or switch off and relax with the whole family. From the house there is a nice trail system that leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful nature playground in wood with a football pitch and slide. The rowing club and the two marinas help to form the framework for a beautiful tourist area. The west coast's harsh but incredibly beautiful and lovely nature makes it possible to enjoy your holiday both indoors and outdoors regardless of weather and wind. On the activity list are several options such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and boats at the fjord and at the North Sea - and in Klosterheden there are good routes for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking.
