Beautiful and bright holiday home located at the end of a side road with lovely, sheltered terrace areas with both morning and evening sun. From the grounds there is also a fine view of the water with views of the Limfjord. The house is ideal for both two adults, two families or the large family who wish to stay in a child-friendly area. Dogs may be brought. The house has free internet via fiber, is bright and cozily furnished and located on a quiet side road only 700 meters from the Limfjord.

House layout
The house, at 97 m², is well laid out and newly renovated in 2023 with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 4 bedrooms in the house and 1 bedroom with toilet in the annex. You enter a large hallway with access to a bathroom and three of a total of five bedrooms: (1 double bed, 1 child's bed + 1 single bed). Centrally you will find a lovely combined living room with TV (Danish and German channels), dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling. Extending from the living room is the bright sunroom with access to one of the newly built terraces, which is enclosed and has an outdoor hot tub. The largest bedroom (1 double bed) is separate and has its own bathroom as well as access to one of the garden's terraces. In the annex (1 double bed) there is underfloor heating and a toilet as well as a tumble dryer. The house is renovated with quality materials and appears bright and lovely. The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is underfloor heating in large parts of the house and a heat pump that can heat the entire house, which can reduce utility costs. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house. 1 high chair and 1 baby bed. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Maximum 3 pets are allowed.

House surroundings
The house is located on approximately 865 m² of enclosed grounds, elevated and undisturbed on a quiet side road. Well-maintained enclosed grounds with trampoline, swing and only 700 meters from the beach. Fantastic, partially covered and enclosed terrace area with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. There is also a lovely outdoor hot tub where you can sit and enjoy the view in all kinds of weather and in the evening the starry sky. There is always a spot in the sun to be found as well as magnificent views of the Limfjord. Garden furniture, sun lounger and grill can be moved around on the terrace as desired. Also on the back of the house there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and views over the landscape. From the house there are trail systems which in a few minutes lead directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties. Near the house there is also the new beautiful nature playground, which is made of natural materials and where there are, among other things, slides, swings and much more. There is also an ice cream kiosk and restaurant here, which is open in season. There is otherwise only about four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum etc.
