House Layout
Lovely holiday home of 73 m2 with 3 good bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds). A small entrance welcomes you. Combined living room and kitchenette which was modernised in 2022. The lovely kitchenette is bright and friendly and has all major appliances: Glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Living room with good upholstered furniture, dining table, TV with Chromecast and HDMI socket only, which allows for streaming services. So if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream what you have a subscription to. There is only the option to watch TV via the connected Chromecast. There is also CD / Radio. New, lovely wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce the cost of the heating bill. Practical hard floors in living room and kitchenette. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.

House Surroundings
Located on a plot of approximately 895 m2, well-maintained, at the end of a dead-end road and next to an undeveloped neighbouring plot. There is a lovely view over the landscape with the Limfjord in the background. Lovely fenced terrace / courtyard with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. On the other side of the house there is a newly laid terrace with lounge set and views of the landscape / Limfjord. From the house there is a lovely trail system which leads directly down to the water in a few minutes. Approximately 400 m from the house is the new lovely wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide. It is only four km to Lemvig, which is a lively market town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc. If you take the car, a trip to Thyborøn is an experience in itself and takes 20 minutes. Here there are several different activities such as fish auction, Sea War Museum or visit the exciting Jylland Aquarium, where children can see and touch fish and crabs, or visit the completely unique Snail House. The day ends with ice cream in hand, while you walk along the harbour quay and look at all the fishing boats.
