With just around 5 km to Nykøbing Sjælland, the town's various shops, cafés and restaurants open up a world of possibilities. This lovely summer house is furnished with two separate bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed, making it ideal for up to 4 people. Regardless of the weather, you have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor life thanks to the covered terrace as well as the private oasis on the back of the house. Here awaits a spacious wooden terrace, a cosy bonfire spot and a charming shelter that invites both socialising and relaxation. The beds in the rooms are single beds, where one is in half height, adding a fun and unique dimension. For your daily needs there are shopping opportunities at the local grocer in Nyrup (1 km), as well as in nearby areas such as Højby, Lumsås and Nykøbing Sjælland. The charming harbour in Rørvig, located approximately 12 km away, invites you to maritime experiences and the opportunity to sail to Hundested in parts of the year. If you arrive from Aarhus, it is around 23 km to the house when you arrive from Odden ferry port. You will also find another form of entertainment just over 7 km away – the cosy Sommerland Sjælland, a fantastic destination for an unforgettable family outing. Even without a car there is easy access. Take the train from Copenhagen to Højby and continue with a short walk or bike ride of approximately 5 km to the house, and experience the picturesque surroundings along the way.
