The house features a bright and inviting living and dining room in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen – ideal for cosy holiday days.

There is space for 6 people distributed across three bedrooms, each furnished with two box mattresses (80 x 200 cm). The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower alcove and a combined washing machine/tumble dryer.

The holiday home is well-insulated, equipped with energy-efficient white goods and heated/cooled with a heat pump, which contributes to a pleasant indoor climate and lower energy consumption.

Outdoors there is a large garden as well as a partially covered east and south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture and gas grill, parking space for 2 cars and an EV charger. There is 200 m to public transport.

North Bornholm and Sandkås is an ideal place for a holiday stay, where nature, art, culture, history and relaxation go hand in hand. The area is characterised by its rugged nature with cliffs, jagged cliff coast, cosy small towns, historical attractions and a calm atmosphere, which makes it perfect for both active and relaxing holidays.

Along the coast runs the old rescue path, which is one of Bornholm's most beautiful hiking routes. You can easily follow it on foot to Allinge/Sandvig or Tejn, both of which offer shopping, shopping opportunities, good restaurants in all price ranges.

Behind the house is a hiking and cycling path with the beautiful crevasse valley Storedalen and the disused quarry Lundegårdsbrudet as offshoots from the path.
