Welcome to a perfect holiday home for the small family. For a couple of years, the owners of this lovely holiday home have carefully completely renovated the holiday home, which you now have the opportunity to rent for a week or two.
The house has good space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an entrance and a toilet with sink. Living room and kitchen are in open connection, and there is high ceilings. There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed (160 cm wide) and an adjoining, lovely tiled bathroom with toilet and shower.
The lovely and well-equipped kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and gas stove, which also has 2 ordinary electric hotplates. Heat pump for low energy consumption (electricity is included in your rental) and a lovely indoor climate. The living room has dining area and fireplace. Fibre internet is installed, and the TV has satellite with approx. 200 channels (many German), but no Swedish channels.
On the first floor, above the stairs, there is a workspace with desk, so this house is also very suitable if someone needs to perhaps work or study for a couple of hours, even though you are on holiday. Up here there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). There is no door into this bedroom.
The house is situated in a large garden, where there are garden furniture and grill. In summer the cows graze peacefully on the 7 hectares of land that lie close to the house. Lovely, rural, peaceful and cosy.
The house is not far from lakes, and in one of the lakes there is a rowing boat ready to take you out on a peaceful trip or perhaps an exciting moment with fishing rod (fishing permit).
When you are in the area, you should of course use the opportunity to visit Sweden's most famous shopping centre (among other things known through Swedish TV series) Gekås in Ullared. You can drive there in approximately 25 minutes. If you want to go to Falkenberg and the sea, you can drive there in approx. 45 minutes.
