Here you will live in a forest and meadow area with several lakes just a short walk from the front door. The entire house is in top condition, and you will have a really, really good stay!
4 small lakes within a short walk, the nearest approximately 350 meters away. In one of the lakes there is a rowing boat, which you are free to use for a row in beautiful surroundings or perhaps for a fishing trip (fishing permit). If you just want to relax and take it easy, there is TV with satellite and high-speed wifi.
The ground floor has a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a dining room for "fine dinners". The living room has comfortable furniture and an open fireplace, which creates coziness, warmth and a wonderful atmosphere. The floor is tiled with underfloor heating, which means there is always an even and pleasant warmth and a generally lovely indoor climate. There are also toilets down here.
On the first floor are all the bedrooms; bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 cm), bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a third room with a double bed (160 cm), which is arranged in open-plan together with the TV room. Up here there is also a tiled bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
The garden is large (approximately 4.000 m²) with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Garden furniture and grill for summer dinners. The entire area has very rich bird and animal life, and you have every opportunity to experience Sweden's great wild animals in peaceful surroundings.
There are also really good opportunities for excursions, as it is approximately 30 minutes to the beautiful Falkenberg, 15 minutes to shopping in Ullared/Gekås, 45 minutes to Varberg and approximately 1½ hours to the city Göteborg, where you can visit Liseberg, Avenyn and Universeum, among other things.
The owner of the house speaks English, French and Italian. Both owners are very careful and caring with their house, therefore youth groups, bachelor parties, bachelor parties and animals are not welcome, but this fantastic house is intended for families with children, couples, multi-generational living etc.
