Fantastic beautiful holiday home on one of Sweden's most popular addresses; Kyhls Strandväg. Very reasonably priced! Free electricity.
From the house and grounds you have partial sea views towards Bornholm. You live approximately 150 metres from a chalk-white sandy beach. Lovely house with a very large American veranda of approximately 35 m² plus an additional sun terrace of approximately 18 m². Wonderful holiday stay all year round!
The house has roots back to the 1940s, but has since been completely rebuilt and renovated, so everything appears modern and inviting. There is an open-plan layout between kitchen and living room, so everyone can be together – including those standing in the kitchen, unless you choose to eat outside or grill in the garden. The kitchen has all modern facilities.
Large tiled bathroom with spacious shower, bathtub, bidet as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with three beds in each room. Four of the beds are 120 cm wide. Up here there is also an extra toilet.
In the evening people like to gather on the American veranda, before the grill is lit in the garden. After dinner you can relax in a rocking chair or hammock.
In the afternoon the sun is on the other side of the house, where you can sit in comfortable garden furniture. If you want to try something special, you can use the outdoor shower with solar-heated water.
On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games, and just a few hundred metres away is a bus stop. Skillinge is a few kilometres from the house with harbour, fish shop etc.
